Born From A Dream.

The Early Beginnings

Kaden, the owner of Connell Excavation, is an ambitious and hard-working entrepreneur from Haverhill, MA who has grown up surrounded by the construction industry. Kaden took a precocious interest to heavy machinery from a young age — fascinated by job sites and embarking on his business ventures initially as a landscaping business. Kaden’s father, Robert, has been in the industry all his life and taught Kaden everything he knows, eventually developing the same passion for work equally to his father.

Although the majority of companies are handed down from generation to generation, Connell Excavation was born in 2003 as a first-generation company founded and specialized in Haverhill, MA. With a passion to reinvent any space, whether residential or commercial, and nothing but a desire to work hard, Kaden has purchased a variety of vehicles and heavy equipment — the majority of which were initially in disrepair — to pursue the company.

Since these early beginnings, Kaden has worked with hundreds of clients helping to actualizing their visions. The significance of good work and reputation speaks for itself, and Kaden continues the business through the recommendations of his satisfied clients and with his father for years to come.
